I'm actually sad to see every last piece of farmland go away. I've always like how quaint that corner looked.
That and after 10 years of living at that intersection, the traffic sure as hell isn't getting any better as they add more and more and more to fairview/harrison bridge, plus all the new neighborhoods.
i am kind of surprised they didn't do this on the frontage road, between the walmart and harrison bridge. lot of land, and seems more logical for commerical development.

After this current development goes in, what else does Simpsonville need?
I want to see an Aldi (or Lidl) in Simpsonville so we don't have to go to Woodruff Rd. anymore.
