I noticed on the Greenville County records some updates with the layouts and how the signs will look... See attachments.
Still no information on other stores/restaurants coming.

While in the checkout line at Publix the other day, the cashier mentioned that the new location is slated to open in October.

They better get busy. Granted it was dark ,but we were just by there and it didn't look much different than it did 3 weeks ago to me.

Hobby Lobby to open in July. I thought for sure they would open around the sametime as Publix in October. Now they need to start building the restaurant's.

That seems fast for Hobby Lobby. However they are pretty much 4 walls and a bunch of metal racks. Heard of any restaurant announcements?

Hobby Lobby sign went up today on the building. I believe they have a opening date of July 10th. Anyone know what else is coming soon in the shopping center?

Opening for Hobby Lobby pushed back a week. Opening Monday July 17th.
