I can't find an address other than "Mauldin Rd" on it.. But, an ad in the '83 paper shows "Serving Greenville for 18 years"
No ads in the 70's. Just the one I can find in '83 and then a ton in '84 and nothing past that.
Seems it was owned by Melvena Theresa Koury Streetman
She married Benjamin Streetman, Jr in 1984, shortly before I stop finding any information about the place. He passed away last year, and it would seem they had divorced.

There's a notice in the 1998 paper where some property she owned in Simpsonville, at Scarsdale St was being auctioned.
Her parents are buried at Woodlawn, passing in 1983 and 2009.. Correction, it was her father and stepmother.
Oh.. She just passed.

I presume that might be why you're looking up info?
She seemed to have owned a number of restaurants. She also owned the Sandlapper and apparently had a little deli at The Open Book called Cafe Petite, as well as Melvena's Cafe on Augusta.
The Open Book cafe was at the end.. I don't recall when it closed, but it was when it was over across from McAlister Square in 2002. So, towards the end
The Melvena's Cafe, as of 2012 was Mug and Muffin, and now appears to be Tasty as Fit. 3017 Augusta St
So.. yeah.. Rabbit holed a bit here. But, hopefully there's some info that might be helpful. But.. I can't find an exact address on the one you're looking for.
