Default builders

Use a local builder. You will be much happier. S&S is great and there are several others. Get prices from 3-4 builders. You can get a much better house for close to the same price, I promise!!

Default America's Home Place, Inc.

I would personally recommend America's Home Place to anyone looking to purchase a new home. They build on your land, or land they can help you find, are an excellent value for your money, and build a quality product.

You're right, they don't pay bills....or employees either. I recently departed as an employee. They build a substandard house. Look elsewhere!

I am not aware of any employee of Pennyworth Homes that was not paid the wages they earned. We do have billing disputes with Subcontractor and Vendors from time to time. If anyone has a question about Pennyworth Homes, please contact me at 800-771-0614, extension 100.

Default Beware

I am a subcontractor currently among several who have not been compensated as promised by Pennyworth Homes. The Agent will not return phone calls and at least two of the addresses listed on their website are not occupied by Pennyworth Homes.
