Anybody out there heard about the bankruptcy properties of Poinsett Homes being sold to a new builder? And who is the new builder's name?

Um, yeah, 2 years ago. Where ya been? Ryan Homes bought most of them.

Ryan took over Plantation Greene. I am not sure of the others

River Shoals and another one off of Woodruff past Five Forks, just to name a few.

I think they have sold the Townes of Brookwood in Simpsonville.Anybody hear anything?
