It's 15 pages, not 28, and half of that is ads (one of which is Bob Jones University, the poster child for religious extremism in the South). US Airways doesn't print magazines for fun; it's for ad revenue.
The print version is 28 pages. On most of the pages on the pdf file WYFF uploaded, you can clearly see where they turned two print version pages into one to make the file smaller. Oh noes, Bob Jones has an ad...we're doomed.

As a gay man, I LOVE this!!!!!!!!!! Showing the world that Bob Jones University, gay men, Lesbians, black , white, Asian, European, can all coexist and love a city. That's true diversity!!!! Bravo to Bob Jones!
