That area needs a Dunkin...Looks like that out parcel is made for a drive through :-)

No where needs a Dunkin. Ever since they stopped making there donuts fresh (anyone remember the Time To Make the Donuts commercials from the 80's?) their food quality is no better than packaged processed goods at a supermarket.

Only Krispy Kreme doughnuts are made fresh in the store. Dunkin is made at some regional warehouse kitchen and shipped to each individual store.

True. Nothing seems to have stuck in that location over the years.

Speaking of that area work seems to be underway at the former Fresh Market. Could not really tell but possibly dividing it up into smaller spaces was my guess.
