Looking closely at the rendering it looks like it is attached to a strip center. One location I can think of thats available is the old Atlanta Bread in Magnolia Park on the end of that plaza. Just a guess.

I couldn't completely understand the first concept. "Tavern 24" evokes thoughts of "24 beers in a case" for "24 hours in a day," yet it won't be a "bar." It will be "sports themed," but not a "sports bar." Why call it a tavern then?

they said it would be "like a sports bar" according to fox. maybe they are worried calling it a sports bar makes it less family friendly? or makes ppl think of crappy bar food?

in the TBA column of the G-Journal, it stated that a restaurant was coming to the corner of Washington & Broad Streets. It mentioned it would have a 'flair for local art'.

Definitely looks like that space going off the size and layout. I noticed people doing work on it earlier this week also.

Was on Woodruff Rd today and noticed a semi along with a dumpster filled with debri sitting outside Harry & Jeans. Anyone have any idea what they are doing in there?
