Really? I thought it was fantastic myself when I ate there.
The atmosphere is nice, but I thought the food was so bland and have heard the same opinion form everyone that I've talked to that has been there. I think High Cotton is head and shoulders better than Nantucket, but to each his own.
They are working on the Car wash/Oil change place in Easley on 123 that has been closed for a few months, anyone have any idea if this is opening again?

As much as I like the food at his restaurants I wish someone else would step up to run more high end dining in Greenville.
You're forgetting about:
-Rick Erwin (Rick Erwin's West End Grille and Rick Erwin's Nantucket Seafood)
-Maverick Southern Kitchens (High Cotton)
-Larkin's Restaurants (Larkin's on the River, plus a new offering for the former Hot Dog King coming soon)
Plus other local restauranteurs, both downtown and in the suburbs.

I went (to Nantucket) for the first time this week, and was impressed with the food!
The service was OK - by that I mean, it was timely and we were checked on frequently. But the employees seemed younger/less experienced than I would have expected at that type of establishment.
