I’ve never had a problem with an accidental ejection, in fact, I wish it were easier to eject on my Glock. It might be more to do with someone’s hand size if in fact having the normal pistol grip causes accidental ejection.

I do own an HK which has the ejector on the trigger guard which is nice, but like anything else, you need to get use to it.

As far as I’m concerned, there is only one correct way to grip a pistol with one both hands and the photo above illustrates the so called Tea-Cupping grip and I would advise not using when using a pistol!

Install a Glock factory extended mag release, and dress it down a bit with a file to take off the sharp edges and shorten it just a bit. A little longer than the standard release, and no sharp edges = happiness.

The cup and saucer grip is one of the worst of the two handed grips. The only one worse is gripping the strong hand wrist with the weak hand.

Movies and TV have ruined many potential shooters with the crap they show.

You are exactly correct and I will look at the extended mag release, thanks for your response❗️

Installation is an easy DIY project, and the part is plastic and easy to file.

Good luck!
