Long hair on the head. Yes, some can still look good with short hair, but thats less likely. The less hair on the rest of the body the better.

In order of priority:

a) What looks good on her. This is what makes me attracted towards her. This can be short if she can rock the look.
b) Long hair. Because it's awesome having a woman's hair in your face when cuddling or during sex.
