Hard to answer this question without having more information. What neighborhood is it in ? There are homes in that zip code of Va Beach selling for $110k to $500k. What info are you looking for schools ? crime rates ? other home values ?

drdj90 is on a distinguished road
Hi, centre--we have just moved into that area code approximately 4 months ago and so far love it. This is a very family friendly area with lots of developments which include housing for sale and rentals. There is easy access to multiple and varied shopping centers, grocery stores, malls. Lots of recreation--parks nearby, rec center(very affordable and fun) move theater. Very nice library--Princess Anne. Good schools available--Strawbridge and Christopher Farms Elementary come to mind readily and Kellam HS, though a bit crowded, is a highly rated school. We have children in elem. and HS (and my picky and sometimes temperamentally difficult 16 year old seems to like Kellam) and are quite pleased.
Plenty of churches-various denominations- that are active with youth ministries also.
Hope that helps and best wishes to you!
