Uhhh city center and port warwick are very "cookie cutter" I dont kno what you all are talking about, and its very new..Why not Hilton in Newport News? VA Beach and Norfolk is too much work, fro no reason..Like we always say on here, "Live on the same side you work on"

How is city center "cookie cutter"? and maybe the residential SFH in PW are cookie cutter, but the overall development is not. Hilton, when it was first built in the 1910s was very cookie cutter, but over time, it has matured. Dont ge me wrong, I like Hilton, very nice area. But to me, it is mostly young families there, someone in their late 20s would like PW or CC better. There is definitely a young single crowd in these two areas
