rental prices

I have never lived on Molokai and can only compare by what I see online. When we were looking to move back to Hawaii a few years ago, Puna had the best prices. We are currently renting a 3 bd/2 bath home on 2 acres for $900. There were plenty of single family homes that we looked at that were priced between $700-800 but we wanted more land, so we pay a bit more.

The most recent rents can be seen at Craigslist...as landlords post available rentals on a daily schedule..The rents there are real... I manage an apartment complex here in Honolulu and I frequently check the listings and rents there..
