All Koreans in Hawai'i don't go to church and some aren't even Christian. There are differences between the descendants of Koreans that immigrated to Hawai'i in the early 20th Century and Koreans that immigrated more recently.

yea, ok what evah you say.

wanna talk to the contractor who built my neighbors house? and the several other people I have talked to? they have to pay the church back after they get their set up going...

No need. Some of my ʻohana happens to be of Korean ancestry.

Let me reiterate, the descendants of the Koreans that immigrated to Hawaiʻi in the early 20th Century are different from the Koreans that have immigrated more recently. For instance, B.J. Penn (of MMA fame) who happens to be a descendant of some of the earliest Korean immigrants to Hawaiʻi is quite different from someone that immigrated from Seoul several years ago. And, let's not forget about some of the Koreans that managed to get to Hawaiʻi after leaving the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea" (aka "North Korea") -- some them aren't exactly "church-going" Christians.

Yes. B.J. Penn is of Native Hawaiian as well as Korean, Irish, and English ancestry.
