Part A has a $1,364 deductible
Part B has a $185 deductible.

Medicare reimbursement rates are so low, it's possible hospital deductible won't be met if stay was short. When my sister was hospitalized for seven weeks in a neuro ward, Medicare reimbursed hospital $70-$100/day.

After a bunch of googling, it appears all but anesthesia are covered under Part B:
Part B - Inpatient physician visit charges billed on a HCFA.
............(only mental health physician services as an inpatient covered by Part B)

Part B - Outpatient facility lab charges.billed on UB04.

Part B - Independent lab charges with POS 81 billed on HCFA.

Part B - Inpatient surgeon charges billed on HFCA.

Part B - ER physician charges billed on HCFA

Part A - Inpatient anesthesia charges billed on HCFA
