Recommendations for Residential Facility to Treat Eating Disorder (recovery, treatment, therapy)

My sister has struggled with an eating disorder for 7 years now. Intensive outpatient therapy isn't cutting it anymore and we are looking into residential treatment centers. She currently lives in Ohio, and while closer to home is better, we're willing to try most anything. Anyone have any experience with this and can recommend somewhere wonderful (and hopefully effective!)?
