Maybe not so much. There is something very wrong in a nation that spends more on health care per capita than other industrialized nations yet ranks near the bottom in every indicator and also has the largest percentage of uninsured citizens.
Along with our insane gun culture and unhealthy diets that lead to rampant obesity, I'm sure the fact that we don't have national health care but rather rely on insurance company leeches to run our health care system has nothing to do with these outcomes.
