Canada Dry is the only ginger ale that uses real ginger. For me chicken broth is also a go to, Liptons noodle soup.
Hope you feel better soon!

7 up, peppermint hard candies. Wait four hours after you last vomit before trying anything. Sip it, if it stays down sip some more.

To this day, the smell of ginger ale makes me ill. My Grandmother would have us drink it when we were sick.

Coke would be my first suggestion . . . or tea.

Regular crackers (Saltines or Town House, something without a bunch of spices and flavors) will help, too. (Crackers are what some women use for morning sickness.)

Peppermint is supposed to help, though I've never tried it. If you have candy canes left over from X-mas, or Peppermint Patties, Andes mints, etc. Maybe even breath mints might work.

Oil of peppermint / peppermint spirits if memory serves me from the pharmacy is what my Dad used to give me even when I was pregnant. A few drops in warm water. Drink it straight down. Nothing with dairy.
