I read about it,but using my medical knowledge the vagina stretches,even to the point of giving birth to 5 -10lb babies.
I know about Kegals,but once again,using my knowledge,it only tightens the opening.
So my question to the guys on here,have you ever had sex with a woman that was too loose?
It's a natural part of aging. All of us, men and women have things that start to sag and lose muscle tone as we get older.
Do I expect a woman at 50 to be just like a young woman I had at 20.... NO.
I just hope that that woman doesn't expect me at 50 to be the same as I was at 20.
Is it her or is it me ?? Doesn't matter, we're both just happy to be here making love and appreciate the skills we've developed over the last 30 years.
Sorry I'm not a guy but I believe loose is a term for a woman's behavior. It's a muscle that contracts back to its it's size. If a woman is "wider" I believe she was born that way. I'm courious to see what u guys have to say.
Some are looser/tighter than others, but I've yet to encounter one that's too loose to enjoy, although certain positions help to make that so. Childbirth does seem to have some effect, for some women. Is it possible to be too loose? Probably.
I have noticed the girls are MUCH tighter since we have started capoeira. Tight to the point that with the right application of their muscles they are able to put a grip on me comparable to any strong hand.
However there are other more specific excercises that are specifically formulated for having the same effects which people can look up and learn about.

No - I am in a relationship with two girls - we live together - and some number of years ago we decided to take up capoeira and BJJ together.
I imagine the BJJ has some influence on the observed vaginal effect too - but capoeira is known to be specifically good for the middle area - stomach area - upper leg strength - flexibility - and as I suspect - genital muscles.
