Well, I guess I'm doomed. To tell you the truth, I doubt if I was able to perform this movement. But somehow I made it to age 70.

Correction: To tell you the truth, I doubt if I was ever able to perform this movement.

LOL...well, with one ACL reconstruction and the other knee lacking a fully intact ACL I won't be doing that anytime soon. I guess at 51 I'm nearly doomed to die early due to my years of basketball. I'm not sure that test accurately predicts anything.

It certainly doesn't - my grandmother lived til 103, and she couldn't even walk at the end. My husband's uncle died last year and he couldn't walk either, without a walker and someone to help put him in and out of chairs. The internet is full of stupidity like this......

Me too MR. I exercise like a beast with weights and running but no Mata Hari here for that type of contortion.

Doomed I tell you.

I can't do that. But I can sit on the floor in the full lotus position and turn backwards somersaults. So nanner, nanner, nanner to whoever designed that stupid test. Let's see YOU bounce around the floor like Flip Over Sparky.

I heard years ago that sitting and rising from a CHAIR without having to hold onto the arms of the chair or something was a predictor, so before I clicked the link I thought that was what it was talking about. That I can do. This I can't.
