Okay, okay, I know and I am going to see a doctor but I do want to know if other people may have had this problem or something similar. I am not looking for a diagnosis but if you happen to have any info, that would be great.

Before anything else, I am a very active person and I lead a healthy lifestyle though I once in a while I'll treat myself to some sweets. Overall I am very healthy, exercise and take care of my body. Lately though, my body has been feeling stiff, my knee's feel weak, sore and sometimes I get little aches and pains from laying down weirdly or positioned a certain way. My left elbow has been feeling jacked but that was from rock climbing. The left side of my neck has felt stiff and feels achy all the time. My lower back also aches a lot too. My ankles have been feeling sort of painful as well. Especially when I am inactive is when I feel those aforementioned pains the most. When I warm up and exercise it doesn't feel as bad.

I really don't understand what's going on with my body since again, I take care of myself and lately I have been letting my body rest of a little more than usual.

Anyone ever feel similar pains and aches?

How old are you? I think we all start feeling our exercise a little more in our 30's and beyond.

As far as aches all over, I've had that since I was a teenager. It will come and go but it lasts anywhere from six months to a couple of years for me, then I'll have a year or two without it. I've been tested for autoimmune disease and they haven't found anything, so I just take ibuprofen while I'm in the achy stage and wait for it to go away. Sorry my answer isn't more helpful...I wish they could figure out what causes my issue, but no luck yet.
