I am 27 years old, female. So for about 6 months now I have had issues with night time only bladder problems. It usually begins around 8 or 9 pm, until morning. I have the urgency to go 2-3 times before bed and then 2-3 times in the night, but when I do it is a very small amount. I have a constant annoying feelin, no matter if I just went, I lay back down and feel it again. I have had multiple urinalysis and a bladder/abdominal ultrasound which were both unremarkable. The next step is to monitor my fluid intake in later afternoon which I have been and isn’t any different. Caffeine intake is only in morning hours (1-2 cups coffee). I thought it could be stress/anxiety but this has mentally cleared up for me for a few months now. Has anyone ever had this and what did you find?

I've never had this issue at your age but having it at my late age of 79. I know the keegle exercise does help this issue and I just ordered a product for my kidney/bladder support. If this interests you let me know or if this is a concern, an MD may be in order.
You should start with your Gyn and go from there. I saw a Urogynecologist for some issues I had with chronic UTIs.
