CBD is legal and does not contain any TCH, so there's no way to get high on it. CBD is to marijuana as grape juice is to wine. Both are made from the same plant, but there are not the same thing.

BTW, I'm generally NOT a fan of marijuana at all, but I have no issue with CBD. And apparently the government agrees with me.

BTW, CBD can also be obtained from Hemp. Hemp which has been used for oil, rope, clothing etc was a big cash crop at one time in the US. The geniuses in government banned it along with MJ since they were in the same species. They are not really the same. All this time, this could have been helping those who need it. It was not until recently that this came to light.
