Has this ever happened to someone before?

What happened was when I got out of my chair everything started to look pink and then soon it was if all my lights bulbs were replaced with pink ones since everything thing, especially white things looked pink/red and this only lasted for 20 seconds. I have been in front of a computer screen for the past few days for hours on end sometimes spending 12 hours straight in front of it so am wondering if that may have triggered this weird feeling?

Personally, if it were me IMO I would worry about circulatory causes. Definitely worth a call to your primary care Dr to be safe. Its not good to spend that long sitting at the computer straight without at least taking regular breaks to stretch and move around.

Hi. Did you ever find out what was wrong and why you were seeing the color red?My dad is on chemotherapy and this is happening to him. Right before it started he had a spinal tap to check the cerebral spinal fluid’s . I’d be interested in knowing if you learned anything about what happened to you

Sounds like you were getting close to passing out. Sometimes if inactive and you get up suddenly low blood pressure is the cause:

Low blood pressure on standing up (orthostatic, or postural, hypotension). This is a sudden drop in blood pressure when you stand up from a sitting position or after lying down. Gravity causes blood to pool in your legs when you stand.

Talk to your doctor about it if it has happened more than once - in the meantime, stand up sloooowwwwwly.

Sorry, didn't see how old this was but it happens to a lot of people, anyway.
