Since I was a kid, I have had this odd thing where my head just by default leans towards the right, and I have to put effort into keeping it straight, like every time I go to the barber I am asked to straighten it. And even if say I am laying down on my back I naturally lean towards the right, whereas if I try to tilt my head to the left there's lots of tension. Not sure if it's related but I have also had this thing where when I walk instead of my feet pointing forwards they point outwards.

Everyone has alignment quirks. Probably wouldn't hurt you to stretch out every day to help offset the misalignment.

Some people's toes point in, some straight and some outward. Mine are a bit outward. Enough so that when I used to wear high chunky heels every once in a while the heel would slam into the other ankle bone. Ouch.

A good movement disorder clinic or doctor who specializes could be of great help.

My spouse saw several neurologists, orthopedic's..etc. in the state where we lived and none ever helped with his stiff neck until he went to Rush Hospital's Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Clinic in Chicago. While he had NONE of those primary disorders..Rush doctor did discover and diagnose that he suffered from a form of dystonia in his neck. The muscle spams that he was suffering from were undetectable to him.

Good Luck!

I just was curious if you think this is something a Chiropractor could fix?

That's a controversial question. Half the responses will be "absolutely!" and the other half will be "it's snake oil!"

You'll have to decide for yourself whether or not you want to go down that path.
