My knee is much better six weeks after injury. Ortho appointment is still a couple of weeks off, will probably cancel. All I wanted was something to ease the pain, and no longer need that.
I agree about stiffening while sitting. I've been setting a timer to remind me to get up and walk around.
I chose surgery, i already tore my acl back in 2018 when i fell in my kitchen. Did physical therapy for 6 months. Good as new. In the summer of 2021 stupid person that i am jumped off my retaining wall which was 1 foot high to go help my husband cut a branch instead of walking all around. I was limping. Saw another orthopedic doctor who dealt with meniscus tears and i had same day surgery. Was up and walking right after. Have nt had issues since and this was 2021
