Leg and Foot Pain (cramping, legs, muscle, ears)

I am going nuts and hoping someone has some ideas of how I can get by with this pain!

I have pain and cramping in my legs and feet. Its all day but much worse at night. I take mirapex for it and that has worked for years and all of a sudden quit working. I cant sleep, I am at my wits end!

I have an appt with my pcp on friday but 1) I need help to get to friday and 2) I just know she is going to tell me there is nothing past the Mirapex for this.
Ideas?

DRINK lots of water - dehydration encourages leg cramps! Eat a banana for the potassium; that helps ! Whenever I forget to drink enough water, I get leg cramps - usually at night!

Also i'd look into a cal/mag supplement as these 2 minerals work together in proper nerve/muscle functioning.
