Is there a difference between these two? I take Iron supplements due to anemia and I first started taking Poly Iron (Polysaccharide-Iron Complex), 150mg-per pill, taking 2 a day, but it was a little pricey. So I started on a storebrand of Iron that says it is equivalent to 325 mg of Ferrous Sulfate per pill(taking one a day). I'm not sure if it is my mind playing tricks on me, but I feel noticeably more tired now. Could different types of iron be processed(absorbed) differently? Thanks in advance
