That's why Haiti is set to have the largest growth in the Caribbean in 2014 (projected).

So yea another person who doesn't care for Haiti, knows nothing about Haiti, BUT giving others advice on what to do with Haiti.

Not really, the Huffington post listed Haiti as one of the top 7 places to visit in their latest vacation issue. Also Haiti has one of the lowest crime rates in the Caribbean when compared to Jamaica, Trinidad, Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico and many more.

That's the problem with bias media attention. It makes American people talk about places like they actually know what their talking about.

Pretty much in America if the media gives bad press to another nation, immediately that equates to every negative rant you can think of.

It's no lie when other countries laugh at the stupidity of American people. It's outstanding really. Lol

The "racism" part of Haiti does bug me. I say that because the Dominican Republic is also pretty damn "Black" but it seems to be doing MUCH better. Haiti is kinda sorta "French" and the DR is "Hispanic" but France is better off than Spain so it's got to be something else why Haiti is so jacked up.

Wow this post shows your lack of history. France was always known for having a brutal dictatorship and a good portion of their colonial states have become failures (few nations in Africa). So using Frances success today has no correlation to the past whatsoever.

There's a reason why Martinique and Guadeloupe refuse to be independent from France even though most of the people in these nations could really care for France.

And Haiti isn't racist, the 1804 massacre was an event. Plain and simple. The whites in Haiti today are super wealthy and live their comfortably.

I think France and Belgium were battling for the title of worst colonist.

A tropical paradise....turned into a hellhole by the residents. Sounds like Detroit without the snow and ice.

Hellhole? Haiti has one of the lowest crime rates in the Caribbean/South America/Central America.

Haiti's only issue is a corrupted government which has decreased and rampant poverty.

Tourism isn't even an issue anymore since Huffington post named Haiti as a must visit in their latest vacation issue.

You're just showing the failures of the American education system in your post.
