I am looking to buy one I see them a lot on Reality shows for Real Estate.

I found this one so far Amazon.com: Bidet4me Electric Bidet Seat E-200a, Elongated, White (Intro Price Offer): Kitchen & Bath Fixtures

Do any of you have or want one? any info on other ones I should consider.

Don't mean to get personal but...no choice. Have you ever used one? If not, before I would spend that kind of money on an adaptation at best, I would try one. If I had used one, I would bet money that this creation would not do the trick. Just a guess on my part.

I don't have hot water, electric outlet close by.
Next major remodel might include those, but till then I use the insert and I am very happy with it! ( Luxe 110)
I am sure you will be very pleased with the luxury version

I have never used a bidet in my life, but I'm thinking that having an all in one arrangement might get more use than having to go from the toilet to a separate bumwasher.

Get TOTO Washlet. This Japanese company pioneered this. We have it, and we absolutely love it.

Mini-Shower - Bidet & Multi-Use Hand Held Sprayer - Amazon.com

This type is an economical & efficient compromise. I've seen this in many times during open houses in DFW and once used it at a friend's house. Neat idea! Just never got around to get one.
