I found them at a True Value hardware store and they're called bumpers on the packet I found.

I need the bumpers under the glass top of my kitchen table because the glass is very thick and heavy, and the base is metal. The glass shifts when people lean on it. The shifting causes scratches underneath, and the glass could slide off the base and shatter.
