It is located in the closet. The outside unit does not run alot. We installed thermostat you can set diff temps and dates etc. I suspect the refrigerant is low...Yeah it looks like we have to call a tech ahhh.
At this point, yes, you need a tech to come out and check pressures. Also, remember what I said about making sure there were no restrictions to airflow?

I just want to thank all of you. You were very patient with me ;-). So i called a tech and he will be here this afternoon. I will let you know what he did to fix the problem. God Bless.
I don't believe the tech and I think that you have a pump problem, which likely can be fixed by removing the pump and cleaning it out in your sink and then putting it back. It's very easy.
It's just a little pump, you can find it by tracing the wiring from your thermostat to the unit inside and there it will be. It pumps the water into your condensate drain line!
I don't think it's your condensate drain line because of the things you have done to it.
You can buy a can of cleaner from Home Depot to spray on your evaporator fins/coils. That stuff works great!
But....I got $10 on your pump being filled with sludge.
I've had so many a/c problems with all different kinds of air conditioning over all the years that I eventually got real good at fixing it.

When you get this squared away run your air conditioning with the fan running continuously and the thermostat set at a medium setting. During the cooling off cycles condensate collected on the coil will be dispursed back into the air stream.
Well of course you are! That's why they make lots of money!
