You did give your son permission to park it on your property. Did they pay you to park it there? Pay you rent? Does the RV still belong to him? Tell him to move it and give him a deadline. Is the registration current? If no one "claims" to own the RV, maybe the police (non-emergency) could explain what you need to do to get it deemed abandoned property. You'd probably have to pay to have it hauled off. You also might have to formally evict the daughter.

Start here. Expect to be out of pocket a few hundred to get the RV off your property.

The rest is about the level of cooperation the RV owner can/will give
and where it should be delivered to.
