Now that I have a Neato robotic vacuum, my first floor gets vacuumed once a day without me lifting a finger.

My housecleaner comes every two weeks and does the deep vacuuming and mopping. She has said the Neato has dramatically reduced the amount of time she needs to work on the hardwood floors.

I sweep at least twice a week. Sometimes it's more often because it needs it.

NEVER - sweeping moves dust around. I only use vacuum - maybe 1x per week or 2, more often in dirtier spots like kitchen.

LOL!
A vacuum is also called a sweeper in many areas.

Can't sweep or vacuum it .
Covered stuff.
Still sorting dad's accumulation, plus my accumulation, when I moved here.
Given away tons, and still wallowing in mire.

Man wife does them about once a week. Sine he retired a year ago and I'm still being a workaholic I haven't done much house work. We have two dogs and up until May a cat. They produce a lot of dirt.

Our hardwood floors are swept, mopped two to three times a week, because we have two dogs and a cat, and they leave lots of prints/fur around the house.
