I had issues with Ring camera in the past where it could not connect the Pro doorbell to its chime/extender siting on the other side of the wall. It wasn't the bad unit because I tried two ring doorbells with the same signal issues and ring tech support could not fix it. I do some DIY projects around the house, so I knew what I was doing there. I ended up installing Nest doorbell and worked straight out of the box.
As others said I have my doubts on wireless signal interference, that's why asking experts here for their opinions.
