Just a quick update. Lowes accepts our return and reorder the new door. We only lost the 10% off discount we have at that time. This time they want us to initial every line of spec. and hopefully we will get the new door delivered in 3 weeks. Thanks for every one has input here.

Well ;lowes treated you well and I wouldn't worry about the loss of discount. Most places will not exchange a special order as many have stated.
