I read some so-so reviews of the H-Z line, but I'll keep those on the list. If I can't find the right fixture, I may just get standard fixtures, then just go with CFL floods and burn those all night long. I'd rather not do it that way, but that's my fall back solution.
You could put some small CFL floods on one fixture, put it on a light sensor or a timer, and set up a separate fixture with a motion sensor.
Floursecents generally don't respond well to being cycled on for less than 15 minutes at a time, usually. Just FYI.
No doubt H-Z was built in Japan, then Korea, now China, typical of most electronic products. China, Lord knows, can build good stuff but their QA/QC is all over the place.
