I'm looking for a job in Houston, but I'm too lazy to look for one. I'm also not going to tell you what I'm trained to do nor tell you which part of town I live in.

Can you tell me where I can get a job and which neighborhood near that job has low crime, no pedophiles, great public transportation, good/cheap ethnic food and a barber shop?

Just sayin'...

Ronnie

I would guess that you also want a large house inside the loop, with the best schools in Texas for a mystery price?

I'm a polygamist, divorced 15 times, with 23 kids I know of, 4 living with me so I have someone to mow the lawn and do laundry. Which reminds me, do you have lawns in Houston?

Sad, but true thread.

I think it's mostly due to people not knowing the actual scope and size of Houston. It's massive!!

You really should move to Houston BEFORE you have a job secured. Driving across town is nothing here. And Houston does not have lawns. It is all tumbleweeds and 10-gallon hats. A good representation of day to day Houston life would be the 1969 movie "True Grit."
