I have been searching for a home all over the place and curious if anyone has any info on the patio homes (various builders) in Telfair. I stopped by one day and they were closed but heard tons of freeway noise. Is that going to be common in the Telfair devel. I am concerned about peaceful enjoyment of my home and backyard.
But if anyone has info on the Patio homes and who the builders are, I would appreciate the information.
I just need a yard big enough to drop in a pool.

Patio Home is for folks that just want a small easy to manage yard. i.e. NO MOWING or yard work!

Come see our patio home for sale in Telfair on Wexford Trail! Huge yard ... end of cul-de-sac with the bridge and walking trail around the lake out the back gate ... one of a kind lot ... plenty of room for a pool plus yard!

$1200 per year HOA fee in the patio section. BUT, they mow your front yard...oooooh.

I have looked at the patio homes in telfair, liked the homes But do not like the location of telfair, Lots of freeway noise, air traffic noise, also have some train noise depends on were you are located. Also located close the the prison. Just my 2 cents, I feel they are over priced, for what you get.
