3106 Liberty, a home with 3565 square feet, built in 1941 (historic), no central air (green), in the Inner Loop, in an area that is so trendy that it is way ahead of the rest of the trendsetters. I just don't know about the schools - however, at $19,900, the owner can utilize private schools.
