I was thinking about Dave & Busters or the Goode Co. Bbq ...any suggestions? It would be just him, my two kids (under age of 7) and myself..we don't really know anyone here; and I would like to do something. All I do is work! lol.

Any suggestions would be great..thanks in advance

Moody Gardens could be fun, but it's about $40 a person for the day.
San Jacinto and the ship channel is kind of neat, they have the USS Texas there you can go on.

Hmmm, Actually this might give you some ides:

Houston Events Calendar - Houston Entertainment Guide It only goes a week out, but they usually have a lot of events, fairs and such listed. Good luck!

I gave my husband a sky-dive for his 40th birthday at skydive spaceland .

But if you are looking for something to do as a family how about Kemah for the afternoon and a meal at night? You could even ride the Boardwalk Beast (but be warned you will get soaked!).

Or how about Track 21 indoor karting - check their schedule as the best day to go is when they have the combined track. Also I am not 100% sure of age range.

Good luck!

Check if Discovery Green is screening a movie on Fri or Sat night and bring some take-out food with you. Weather should be great. Or you can call a sitter and have a romantic evening just the 2 of you.
