Is there anything that you can enhance or supplement a healthy growth for young tree, say around 30Gal planted around a year ago? I got a pretty good lawn and now is the tree project

I already to the usual stuff, mulch, sprinkler, bugs chemicals, pruning and all that.

Thanks in advance anyone.....

For a young tree, after it's been in the ground for a year or so (in the spring) I put one Miracle Gro Tree & Shrub fertilizer spike in the ground at the dripline. I also use a soaker hose ring around the base of the tree to water it periodically. This gives it a good, deep watering that trees like.

Planting them in Fall decreases the stress. Water Bagging them, or soaker hose ring, in the summer helps them the first year. RAIN, natural rain would be benficial to everything at this point.
