I agree, I have TxTags and its a better option imho.
I went through the toll roads for years with LA tags and never got a bill. Did the same in PA with no issues. I figure they aren't really going to bother with out of state drivers who only use the system occasionally. I did get a bill for a violation with a rental car but never with my own personal vehicle.

Because of the floods, most of the exits that were closed were after the toll booth for some odd reason. Had they placed the road closed sign before the toll, it would have made sense to turn around at last free exit but then again why would they do that.

Yeah I'm sure they decided to close certain exits in a revenue grab
