It was actually a bigger problem than you think,
The main issue here is that you had a student(girl) hit a staff member several times and nothing ever was done to discipline the girl. KISD police reviewed the film and verified that the the staff member never hit the student back, so he just got moved to another school. The sad thing about this mess was that the Principal seem to be more worried about taking his wife out to Vegas that weekend lol.
