This Is the Insane Line at the New Chick-Fil-A on Taylor - Houston Restaurants and Dining - Eating Our Words

They have good chicken. Drove by Saturday and there were people directing traffic.

Holy moly! I heard of people doing this at one of the other Chick-fil-a's in katy years ago but didnt think it was true that you get free sandwiches for a year. Wonder when people will start lining up for the new one in Katy, i think its suppose to open up later this week.

As for me, i'll just pay instead of camping out.

Sampled it the other day. Puts the burger chain sandwiches to shame.

Had you ever been Oildog? It's one of the few fast food places that we frequent.

Count me as another who won't camp out. You are competing to get something like $1500 worth of food, but to redeem it, you have to visit a Chick-fil-a EVERY DAY. The inconvenience factor starts to wear this one down. Maybe if I was in college, then this would be a great alternative to the campus meal plan.

I like Chick-fil-a, but not that much. The one at Baybrook mall gets insanely busy at lunchtime, too.

I've had it for the first time a few weeks ago.
I dunno... tasted like the same old fast food junk to me.

This thread just caused me to walk 20 minutes to the nearest downtown Chick-Fil-A (Park Shops) for lunch. Yumm.

Its nice that a fast food place offers a mildly healthy option of whole wheat buns...
