It's always hilarious to see how a bunch of people with GEDs think they know more that a college professor.

Instead Houstonians are sadists who enjoy the torture of traveling on poorly maintained, overly congested streets and highways.

lol, wonder who was in the sample they surveyed. I would say that the percentage of people in Houston who care about transit is less than 20%

I rather not squished together like they do in China.

Also lets not look down on people you do not know. It only reflects on your own ignorance of your own neighbors.

I refer you to a well known quote.

Those Who Can, Do, and Those Who Can't, Teach

Your well-known quote is wildly insulting to those of us who have chosen to teach for a variety of reasons, none of which is that we're not good at what we do.

Did you ever learn anything from a teacher? If so, show a little respect and shut up.

Getting back to the article...hmmmmm

The exciting part of the article (which the traditional everything must stay the same in Houston seem to be missing so get off your horses) is Houston will become a city that has BOTH types of lifestyle.

I'd tell you what it would do, it would improve the traffic in the city.
Really? Do you really believe that? Then why is traffic so much worse in cities like NYC, DC, Boston, etc. that have more extensive mass transit? Give me one example where building mass transit improved overall traffic congestion in the city.
