Don't have that mentality. You already see that some of y'all hate going to the Galleria.

I don't see how any man who loves women can hate going to the gallaria(except during a holiday season when the traffic is a nightmare).

I usually don't agree with you, but you are right here. We have one in Houston, who cares if there is one an hour north of Houston?

As big as your city is, you are happy with only one Nordstrom? It has nothing to do with DFW having like 6 and Atlanta having 3, but a metro of 6 million with a only one Nordstrom results in a overcrowded store. Y'all deserve at least 2 more in your metro.

well location places a part as well. Take for instance, Atlanta is pretty much the mecca for the southeast region. It's pretty much the only game in town so it would make sense for them to have 3. Houston shares it's region with DFW which DFW is surrounded by more populated areas and is more centralized then Houston. Houston is at the bottom of the map surrounded by less populated areas.

Exactly, honestly that's one of the main reasons I go to the Galleria. You can't beat that scenery of women.

People seemed more natural there than some of the upscale areas n Dallas. Pretentious brats or spoiled blondes bimbos gallore in Dallas
See, I agree The galleria in Houston is like the truest representation of Houston. It's an upscale and vibrant mall yet it's alot different then your average mall or upscale mall. Galleria in Dallas and Northpark don't have the same vibe. I can feel out of place at times in Northpark. Galleria in Dallas can be dead at times. Galleria in Houston is inviting to any and every kind of person. It's Houston version of SF's union square without the vibrant urban scene, street dancers, trolleys, and homeless ppl.

I think Houston will finally get the retail quantity that it needs to serve its population. It also seems like Houston gets a pull from New Orleans and a good chunk of Louisiana.

Will The Woodlands become upscale like the galleria area?
