I have been searching for a new house around the sugarland area (close to friends and family), I narrow down the search to Sienna Plantation new subdivision currently being developed (I am not sure if it has an official name) after village of Anderson Springs, it is on the left side of Sienna Ranch road as you drive past Sienna Springs drive.

What is the overall thought of this new sub-division? and what would be the closest Hospital to Sienna?

I looked at Riverstone but for the best value I thought Sienna is a better choice. My range was $300k and I found 3500 sqft, 5BD, 3.5bath that just 15k above with fairly large lot. I liked the area in general, I work in the Galleria. I was impressed with the original sienna planation area in the back, I felt it was more open, I sometime wonder if I should look for a used house out there.

Thanks

Hi there!

I have been in Sienna for almost six years now. Absolutely love it! I recently went to look at some of these houses in the area you're talking about and they are very nice. It would be convenient to be a little closer to the front of Sienna. That shaves off 10 minutes off your commute. However, I love the feel of the area in back of Sienna.

As far as the nearest hospital, there's Methodist in Sugar Land and the Texas Medical Center (quickly accessed from Tollway). We also have a few urgent centers close by.

Best of luck!

You should look at Royal Lakes Estates in Richmond. Royal Lakes Estates consists of 255 large homesites and is a planned acreage community conveniently located on the famous Booth Ranch in Fort Bend county. With over 48 acres of lakes and 200 acres of woods, parks, an equestrian center and riding trails, Royal Lakes Estates is truly Fort Bend county's crown jewel of country living. Amenities include an equestrian center and the seven lakes. Near Oakbend Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land, St. Luke's Sugar Land, and Methodist Sugar Land.[SIZE=2]
