Has anyone used White Glove Health Care in Houston (or any city they service)?

http://www.whiteglove.com/

It is a fee based primary care provider that sends Nurse Practitioners to your home when you are ill. They are able to treat basic illnesses (cold, flu, etc.) and prescribe medication.

Apparently the membership fee is covered if you have Aetna (which I have) with a simple copay for the home visit.

I've found a few reviews online, but I was curious if anyone on the board has direct experience with them.

I don't think I'd waste the nurse's time or my money for them to come to my house for basic illnesses. I usually just let the cold, flu or whatever run it's course and if it's anything more important I just schedule an appointment with my PCP. I can't think of anything I would personally need a nurse to come to my house to treat that I couldn't do on my own or at my PCP's office.

Lol I would say its worth it depending on what the co pay is for the home visit. Hell I would gladly pay 20-50 bucks to avoid having to sit in a Dr's waiting room with a bunch of other sick people for who knows how long and we all know you are no where near done waiting when they finally take you back.

Home visit? The waiting room is in your pj's in the bed watching tv. I would say that's worth it to me =]

Wonder how much that copay is, we switched to Aetna this year. So far loving them, I went from a $1000 deductible for a simple surgery I needed on my ear with my previous insurance to just $45 copay with Aetna.
